The label
The 2004 and 2005 labels were created by graphic
designer,
Steve Myhre. Steve also is our son-in-law and we
feel very fortunate to have his talent in our family.
2005 Chardonnay-Stolo Family Vineyard,
Central Coast

Aromas of spicy almond and tangerine
immediately draw you in. Smooth texture and
moderate acidity assist the rich citrus and
nutmeg flavors in the mouth. Our 2005
Chardonnay is a bit bolder than our 2004,
leaving the mouth will a full bouquet of
ripe citrus and spice.

- Whole-cluster pressed, juice chilled
and settled overnight
- Clarified juice racked to barrels,

malolactic fermentation
- 43% new French oak
- Fined with organic skimmed milk and
bentonite
- Wine analysis - 13.9% alcohol, 5.94

2005 Pinot Noir - Stolo Family Vineyard,
Central Coast

Our 2005 Pinot Noir's deep ruby-brick
color is something to see. It's beautiful
color is coupled with the delicate aromatics
of spice, wood, and Bing cherry. Graceful
tannins and a medium body allow red-fruit
flavors to linger on the tongue.

2005 Pinot Noir - Bien Nacido Vineyard,
Santa Maria Valley

With a deep ruby/crimson color and bright
cherry and raspberry aroma, this Pinot Noir
is undeniably elegant. The soft, silky
tannins allow for an enticing red berry
fruit expression.

2005 Syrah - Stolo Family Vineyard,
Central Coast

An excitingly robust coastal syrah. Deep
red in color and aromatics of leather, briar
and plums give way to a wonderfully balanced
wine. Lingering flavors of plum and black
cherry are rounded out with soft tannins,
leaving you wanting more.
